Refunds: A full refund of the entry fee will be issued to all entrants not admitted into an event. There is a $45.00 service charge for ALL withdrawals prior to the entry deadline. Players who contact the Colorado Open Golf Foundation office to withdraw after the deadline date, but at least by 5:00 P.M. MDT one week prior to the first day of the event, will receive a 50% refund of their entry fee. Unless deemed appropriate by the Committee, players are not eligible for refunds after this cutoff. No refunds will be issued for any reason after the start of the tournament. All refunds are issued to the person listed on the entry form. Please allow up to two weeks for processing refund checks.
Withdrawals: If a player must withdraw from a Championship once it has begun, she must notify the Colorado Open Golf Foundation office or tournament site as soon as possible with the reason for the withdrawal. “No-Carding,” “No-Showing,” and withdrawing from an event without a valid excuse is NOT acceptable. All players needing to withdraw from an event must notify a member of the Committee prior to leaving the tournament site. Failure to do so will result in a one-year suspension and loss of any future exemptions from any Colorado Open Golf Foundation event. |
