Team Composition: 4 players—Professional, Male Amateur, Female Amateur, and Junior Amateur (Players aged 18 or younger as of 7/21/2008)
Field Limit: The Field is limited to 30 teams. All entries are admitted on a first come first serve basis until the field is full. If the field is over-subscribed and a club has more than one team registered, it will be up to the club to determine which one team will play in the championship.
Wait List: Once the field is full, a wait list shall be developed and teams will be rank ordered based on date of receipt of entry
